Since we have started using Artisan for our tool repairs we have gotten excellent turnaround times for our emergency break downs and they have excellent on time delivery, which allows us to maintain our schedules. They are bar none when it comes to in-house repairs. They have always shown up within an hour or less and make minor repairs in-house to keep us running all while keeping fair and reasonable pricing.
